Sukoon International Co. is a real estate investor and developer; focusing our activities on the health care sector, we aim at developing the area of Ruwais in Jeddah to be an achor of health in the kingdom and the gulf area.
Building on IMC mission, we developed in 2007 a compound dedicated to the medical staff of the hospital. We are now in the process of conceptualizing the idea of a hospitality complex to be developed opposite of IMC. This complex will add to our previous development a new edge of excellence and proficiency. We hope to see this project accomplished by 2009.
The fourth project will be focusing on the pharmaceutical industry, and we hope that once we get the necessary approvals of shareholders and government to start looking into its feasibility.
In the mean time and until 2008, we will be working on two main issues:
- Prepare a master plan for the whole urban development of Ruwais area, taking into consideration the huge investments we are putting in the area and also serving our mission and vision.
- Prepare a portfolio of Global partners who can share resources in the mega development of this extremely deprived area of the most important entrance to the Kingdom.
- We are to build a partnership with Amanat Jeddah based on all those factors.
