We then submit these plans to internationally-approved companies to carry out a feasibility study. Following this, legal requirements are explored and the feasibility study is verified with more focused vigilance by another specialist organisation.

Sukoon International then finalises the financial models and establishes local and global alliances for funding, design, construction and operation. At this point, implementation commences and development is monitored on an ongoing basis.
